Driver who fled scene of fatal and hit and run being sought

Las Vegas, NV (KXNT) - Las Vegas Metro Police are searching for a vehicle involved a deadly hit-and-run Saturday night.

Just after 8pm officers responded to the area of Main Street south of Foremaster Lane after a report of a hit-and-run involving a pedestrian.

Metro says the pedestrian was trying to cross Main outside of a marked crosswalk when they were hit. That pedestrian was pronounced dead at the scene.

Police are looking for a 1990s to early 2000s white Toyota Solara black top convertible with damage to the front right headlight assembly, hood, and windshield. The vehicle also appeared to be missing rims/hubcaps on the left side.
