Carrie Underwood’s look for her rare night out in Las Vegas made her followers double-take. The star posed with Ludacris for her 13.1 million followers on Instagram and they flooded the comments to say – “Is that really Carrie Underwood?”

The star’s packed schedule of REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency show dates has been gaining her a lot of attention, and not just because of her talent. Fans have been quick to notice the stars “glow up,” after she shared a throwback photo recently, from her American Idol days.

Since, fans can’t stop pointing out the difference in the stars appearance, since her debut as “Country Carrie” almost 20 years ago on American Idol .

The country star, 41, captioned her May 27th post “Pretty sure @ludacris is the only person who could get me out to the club after my show … Thanks for the fun night out!”

Underwood watched the rap performances by Ludacris, 46, and T-Pain at Zouk Nightclub at Resorts World on one of the last nights of the May dates of her REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency which stretched from May 22nd, until May 31st.

One fan commented, “She looks totally different… not just clothes, but facial features.” Along with another critic agreeing, claiming, “She really needs to hold off on the plastic surgeries. It doesn’t even look like her and for once she has pants on.”

In the photo with her rapper friend, the "Before He Cheats" singer wore an oversized Guns N' Roses graphic t-shirt, with black leggings, dramatic matching leather boots and a yellow "welcome to the jungle" hat.

While we think the star looks agelessly stunning, another commenter chimed in to say, "Carrie Underplastic. Haha easy on the surgeries Carrie. You'll look like Joan Rivers soon."

The "Jesus, Take the Wheel" hitmaker has not responded to any of the recent cosmetic surgery accusations. However, we will get more glamorous showtime looks from Underwood come August because her REFLECTION: The Las Vegas Residency is scheduled to return to Resorts World in August.

The upcoming show dates start on August 14th and go through August 24th. Underwood will then return again on October 16th, until October 26th.

Even though the star is busy perfecting her Las Vegas set, she still has taken the time to share some nostalgic memories with her fans. On May 20th, the star shared a photo of "contestant number #14887" on her American Idol audition date, which led to her Grammy-winning career.

The comment section of the post was not filled with comments on her appearance, but praising her on how far she has come. A day-one fan added, "I rooted for you from that first audition all the way!"

"Awww I remember this! So nostalgic. So glad god put that passion in your heart and you followed your dreams," another OG fan said under the post.

"That’s insane. How old are we?! Lol. I remember you were my favorite since your audition. And I distinctly remember Randy Johnson saying to you after a performance that he just didn’t understand how you hadn’t been discovered already," a reminiscent user commented.

In the picture from the auditions of Season 4 of American Idol ,  the young singer held up a yellow flyer that had "14887" written in black marker.

Baby Carrie looked so precious in her short-sleeve pink shirt, with her early 2000s phone pressed against her ear, while smiling for her audition day photo-op.

"If little Carrie only knew what was in store," one fan said, reflecting on the eight-time Grammy winner's career.
