With three locations in Utah and one in Indiana , St. George -born Indian restaurant Red Fort Cuisine of India is preparing to expand to Las Vegas for its fifth location.

“Big news for all Indian food lovers in Las Vegas!” Red Fort posted on its Instagram page. “Red Fort is bringing its delicious and authentic flavors to the city very soon. Get ready to indulge in the best of Indian cuisine right here in Vegas!”

The brand’s St. George menu features entrees organized by protein: there’s Chicken Makhani ( Tandoori chicken cooked with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, cashew nuts, golden raisins, butter, cream and spices ), Lamb Biryani ( Basmati rice cooked with lamb, onions, garlic, ginger, cashew nuts, raisins, and spices served with raita ), and Fish Curry ( Halibut cooked with curry spices, onions, garlic, ginger, coconut milk, and tamarind )—to name only a few.

There’s also a huge selection of vegetarian dishes, including Vegetable Biryani, Daman Bhindi ( okra cooked with onions, garlic, ginger, tomatoes, coconut milk and spices ), Mixed Vegetable Curry, and Paneer Masala.

What Now reached out to Red Fort Co-owner Shamsher Singh to ask about the opening. Singh was not immediately available for comment on news of the opening, but What Now is awaiting more information.
