Birria Rinconcito Jalisco Expanding to Second Location

Offering “ the Best Birria in Las Vegas ” at 2668 N Las Vegas Boulevard #102 in North Las Vegas , Birria Rinconcito Jalisco is preparing to expand to a second location. The brand’s new birrieria will open at 6020 W Craig Road #130 .

Rinconcito Jalisco’s menu includes “ Everyone’s favorite Queso Taco in Las Vegas ;” a Torta Ahogada “packed with carnitas” in which you can “ watch as flavors collide in a symphony of spice and satisfaction! ”; and the trendy birria ramen, with which you can “ savor the flavor of ramen in our delicious birria and consommé! ”

Opening at the intersection of North Jones Boulevard and West Craig Road , the new Rinconcito Jalisco will join a restaurant community that includes Great Links Brewhouse & Grill and a variety of fast and fast-casual brands like Starbucks and Dunkin’ .

What Now reached out on Tuesday to co-owner Cesar Castro to inquire about plans for the West Craig Road – North Jones Boulevard rollout. Castro was not immediately available for comment.
