New Sandwich Shop Looks to Be Opening in Silverado Ranch Area

Home to a variety of restaurants, including Chopan Kabob , Pho Saigonese , Don Tortaco Mexican Grill , and Dutch Bros. Coffee , the retail center on the northwest corner of East Serene Avenue and South Spencer Street appears to be adding a new sandwich concept.

Licensing paperwork was submitted to Clark County by Smokin’ Sammich LLC for a restaurant called Smokin’ Sammich , opening in Suite 100 at 1740 E Serene Avenue , joining Chopan Kabob and Pho Saigonese, along with D’s Smoke Shop and other local businesses.

What Now reached out to co-owner Tim Wilbur to ask about plans for Smokin’ Sammich’s opening. Wilbur was not immediately available for comment.

This leaves much yet to-be-revealed about the concept’s menu and overall brand profile. The name is evocative: sandwiches are certainly a safe bet. And what about that other word, “Smokin’?” Can we expect some barbecue?
