On Tuesday, the Las Vegas Aces accomplished a historic milestone by breaking the WNBA's regular-season single-game attendance record since 1999, although fans are attributing this achievement more to Caitlin Clark than the team itself.

At T-Mobile Arena, packed with 20,366 enthusiastic fans, the Aces' win over Caitlin Clark's Indiana Fever became a spectacle at the home of the Las Vegas Golden Knights.

The Aces' impressive feat follows their sell-out of five games at Michelob ULTRA Arena, prompting the relocation of their July 2 game to T-Mobile Arena for its larger capacity.

The Aces should take credit for their previous sellouts, but fans attributed this record-breaking sellout at T-Mobile Arena to Clark.

"Clark made history," said one fan.

"The Caitlin Clark Effect," said another.

"Hmmmmm I wonder why," added one more.

"All because of Caitlin Clark," shared another enthusiast.

In a dominant performance, the Aces defeated the Indiana Fever 88-69 behind Kelsey Plum, who led the charge with 34 points on 11-of-20 shooting (6-of-11 from three-point range).

Meanwhile, Kelsey Mitchell topped the Fever's scoring with 23 points on 9-of-20 shooting (5-of-10 from three-point range).

Caitlin Clark contributed 13 points but struggled from beyond the arc, shooting 1-for-7, and recorded a team-worst -19 plus/minus with six turnovers.

Despite her struggles on Tuesday night, Caitlin Clark has had a stellar start to her budding WNBA career.

Viewership and attendance records have soared, and she is the number one player in WNBA All-Star voting with an impressive 700,735 votes, underscoring her significant impact both on and off the court.
