Blueface was recently given probation by a judge in Las Vegas for allegedly violating the terms of his previous probation.

Judge Kathleen Delaney of Clark County District Court decided to grant probation for a maximum of three years and suspended a potential two-to-five-year prison sentence. Which means Blueface will not have to go to prison as long as he follows the specified conditions. In addition to granting probation, Judge Delaney also ordered Blueface to serve 30 days in jail. However, she credited him for time already served due to his current incarceration in a separate California case.

On February 1st, Judge Delaney issued a bench warrant for Blueface for breaching his probation terms. According to Porter’s attorney in Las Vegas, Kristina Wildeveld, the probation violation stemmed from a cell phone video that surfaced online following a concert in Salt Lake City the previous December. If you remember, in the video, Blueface was seen pulling a woman onto the stage and instructing Jaidyn Alexis to “get her,” prompting her to attempt to fight the woman.

Court records obtained by the 8 News Now Investigators from a hearing on June 24 revealed that Porter participated in the proceedings via telephone from California.

Records indicate that, in the assessment of the parole and probation office, Porter breached the terms of his probation.

“This was a first technical violation with only temporary revocation available for a maximum of 30 days,” an amended judgment of conviction stated.

The conditions of Porter’s probation stipulated that he refrain from using alcohol or drugs, including marijuana, abstain from visiting the Las Vegas Strip and downtown areas unless for work or other valid reasons, attend impulse control counseling, avoid contact with the shooting victim, maintain full-time employment, adhere to a curfew, check in with parole and probation officials, and grant access to communication devices and social media applications to the Division of Parole and Probation.
