Celine Dion is in the “final stages” of settling the details for a comeback Las Vegas residency, TMZ reported Wednesday .

According to the outlet, multiple sources claimed the singer — who has lived with stiff person syndrome for years — has been negotiating for months with Resorts World to kick off a residency in late 2024 or early 2025. It is not expected to be a long-running show.

“It’s basically a done deal. She’s doing it,” one source assured TMZ, while a second insider that “she has a passion for getting back onstage, and she’s gonna do it.”

Reps for the star did not immediately reply to Page Six’s request for comment.

Dion, 56, announced her stiff person diagnosis in December 2022, which resulted in an indefinite hiatus from performing.

“I’ve been dealing with problems with my health for a long time, and it’s been really difficult for me to face these challenges and to talk about everything that I’ve been going through,” she told fans in an emotional social media video at the time.

Stiff person syndrome affects one to two in a million people and causes rigidity and painful muscle spasms throughout the body, according to the Cleveland Clinic .

By the time the five-time Grammy winner revealed her trying health condition, she had already delayed a Las Vegas residency over “severe” muscle spasms in October 2021.

In May 2023, she canceled her “Courage” world tour dates to focus on her health.

The reported comeback comes seven months after the “My Heart Will Go On” hitmaker’s sister Claudette Dion said she “lost control of her muscles.”

Dion documented her journey with the difficult diagnosis in her “I Am: Celine Dion” documentary, which debuted in June. During one vulnerable part of the project, she suffered an agonizing seizure for several minutes.

Her doctor explained she was “overstimulated” from her recent time in the studio, which troubled Dion as she tried imagining performing in front of fans again.

While the Las Vegas plan has yet to be confirmed by Dion’s camp, fans are expecting to see her make her return to the stage during Friday’s 2024 Paris Olympics opening ceremony.

Her performance has not been confirmed either, but she greeted fans at the Royal Monceau Hotel in Paris on Monday ahead of the Games.
