So, if you have a large school board that is dedicated to education, knows what their responsibilities are, some payed, some not, has the responsibility to vote, supposedly are in tune with the community & the schools… then why the outside source for hiring? Your saying there is no one in Nevada that wants to be superintendent? And I assume that the people that are supposedly in charge can’t make these decisions? I’m confused 🤔 Because usually you hire within and use the people that you pay for/ vote for to make those decisions. Even if you don’t agree with their methods, that’s why you voted for them? And if there’s massive discord then change the way you vote and who you vote for
