Texas Gambler Wins $2M Jackpot On $3 Bet At Las Vegas Casino

A Texas gambler won the $2 million jackpot on a $3 bet at the Palms Casino Resort in Las Vegas last Friday. The visitor was down to her last bet when she decided to make a $3 wager on the Wheel of Fortune slots, the casino said. The woman’s last wager made her a millionaire.

“OMG! A classic Club Serrano member just struck gold with a $3 bet and won a dazzling $2 million. SLAY,” the casino tweeted after the big win. The woman won approximately $2,170,581.77, according to a July 27 Facebook post from the Palms Casino Resort.

She reportedly had 46 cents left when a message flashed on the screen alerting her to call an attendant to verify a jackpot win, a photo shows. It also featured a group picture that reveals the winner.

“When you win over $2,000,000… you take a group pic!”

The winner was reportedly a Texas bartender. She and her boyfriend were immediately upgraded to the penthouse suite.

“Wowza….dream hit. Congratulations!” one person commented on Facebook.

Palms Casino Resort offers over 1,500 slots

Another gambler from Texas was at Treasure Island on July 16 when they wagered $3 on the Monte Carlo Spin and Win slot machine. The patron hit the $122,720 jackpot, McClatchy News reported.

On July 14, a separate gambler also won nearly $2 million from a slot machine at the Encore at Wynn.

Palms Casino Resort offers over 1,500 slots both on the casino floor and within the high limit room.
