Atlanta High Museum of Art combines cocktails and music with art in “August HIGH Frequency Friday”

ATLANTA, GA — The monthly “August HIGH Frequency Friday” is coming back to Atlanta High Museum of Art on Friday, August 6, from 6 p.m. to 9 p.m.

Enjoy the museum’s exhibition while listening to the DJ’s beat and sipping on tasty cocktails. At the time of the event, the museum will hold exhibitions of the works of Calder-Picasso, Electrifying Design: A Century of Lighting, and Outside the Lines.

High Museum of Art is located at 1280 Peachtree St NE, Atlanta, GA, 30309 and contactable at 404-733-4400. Reserving tickets online before the event is strongly recommended, even for members who are eligible to enter for free.

The event has limited seatings. The organizer will prioritize guests who have accessibility challenges. Guest passes can not be used to attend this event. The tickets are $20 for non-members, tickets are eligible only for general admission.

Guests who are fully vaccinated may enter the venue without a mask per the CDC guidance. Guests are asked to dress accordingly as some part of the events will take place outside in the possibly cold evening and are not allowed to bring any outside food and beverages into the venue.

The Woodruff Arts Center garage can be used as a parking area. The capacity is limited and no reservation of any kind will be given, so it will be purely on a first-come-first-served basis.

Members may park in the garage for free. But they must show proof of membership with their membership card either plastic or digital. They can also prove it through their membership purchase confirmation email.
