    Three events to attend this week near Alpharetta

    Alpharetta, GA — If you’re looking for exciting and interesting events near Alpharetta, you might be up for these three events that will be held this week.

    1. Home by Dark at Brooke Street Park

    Home by Dark 2021 Concert holds twice a month from June 12 to August 28 with different musicians for every concert. The closest upcoming concert will be held on July 24 at 7:30 p.m. featuring Raquel Cole and Cindy Morgan.

    Cole is a songwriter, vocalist, and guitar slinger. Started to write a song at the age of nine, she was later named by the CBC and Radio Canada as one of “25 under 25 musicians everyone needs to know.”

    Morgan is one of the well-known songwriters in Nashville. With her brilliant songwriting skills, she’s also writing songs for noteworthy artists across the globe.

    2. Tech Tales: Storytime for Young Explorers at Computer Museum of America

    Tech Tales will be held on the last two weekends of July. Computer Museum of America or CMoA designed this event for kids age 4 to 10 to entertain them while also help them learning during summer.

    In this event, children will read stories about innovators, engineers, space, and all tech-related topics. On July 23 - 24, from 1:00 p.m. to 2:00 p.m., they will read the “What Do You Do With A Problem” book that explores and addressing challenges in the future while also try to find solutions and opportunities.

    3. DejaBlue Grass Band at Matildas Music Under the Pines

    DejaBlue Grass Band will perform on 24 July from 8-10 p.m. as part of the 2021 Concerts at Matildas Music Under the Pines. Based in Atlanta, DejaBlue Grass Band will make all the guests dancing with various types of songs from the fresh song selection of truegrass, piled high with pop and newgrass, to lightly salted with some soul-shaking gospel.
