Ribbon-cutting ceremonies in Douglas County across August 2021

DOUGLAS COUNTY, GA — Four ribbon-cutting ceremonies are held across August around Douglas County. They are held on August 19, 24, and 26 with two ceremonies happening on the 26. All ceremonies are held to signify the grand opening of multiple companies.

• Alexander Fitzgerald & Associates LLC

The boutique public accounting firm, Alexander Fitzgerald & Associates LLC, is holding a grand opening ceremony on Thursday, August 19 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. EDT. Guests can attend it at Douglas County Chamber at 6658 Church Street, Douglasville, GA 30134. BBQ and soft drinks will be served at the venue.

They also held giveaways such as trips to Orlando and Las Vegas with free meals and accommodations. They will also give free consultations on tax for homes or businesses. As well as two autographed copies of “The Common Mans Financial Guide: Making Money Work for You”.

MAU Workforce Solutions is celebrating the grand opening of its new branch in Douglasville. This ceremony is a great place to network as many senior members of multiple companies and officials will also attend it. There will be seniors of MAU, GA Economic Development, and Douglas County. Food trucks will also attend the event providing lunch and ice creams.

The ceremony is held on Tuesday, August 24 from 12 p.m. - 1 p.m. EDT in MAU Douglasville at 8463 Campbellton St., Douglasville, GA 30336. It requires an RSVP and a registration.

The logistics company, SJW Logistics is holding a grand opening ceremony on Thursday, August 26 from 11:30 a.m. - 12:30 p.m. EDT. The event is a great opportunity to network and relax. This last ribbon-cutting ceremony is held Thursday, August 26 from 5 p.m. - 6 p.m. EDT. It is a grand opening ceremony for Broad Street Station, a venue for live music with a taqueria.
