    2021-08-20

MARIETTA, GA — The 30th annual Marietta StreetFest will return to the Historic Marietta Square on Saturday, September 18, 2021 from 9:00 am to 9:00 pm and Sunday, September 19, 2021 from 11:00 am to 5:00 pm.

Held by the Marietta Museum of History, this festival consists of arts & crafts, live music, family fun, and classic cars and it is free for the public. Founded in 1991, this festival has been named a Southeast Tourism Society Top 20 Event and now draws over 25,000 people every year.

For those interested to come for the arts, there are more than 75 vendors at the Artist Alley. Both local and national artists will offer various handcrafted items such as pottery, paintings, and jewelry. You will also find market-style items like jams, sauces, and jellies here.

For those coming with families, this festival also offers many fun activities for kids in the Kids Korner and Tiny Tot Town. What they offer includes inflatables, games, crafts, a puppets show, a bubble show, and many more. These activities will be suitable for all ages.

For the adults, you probably will love the hubcaps and history classic car show. This festival will display various amazing and interesting classic cars on Saturday (weather permitting). Many awards will also be given along with one award for People’s Choice.

In addition, there will also be the Marietta Grassroots Music Festival that offers live music to make the festival even more interesting. The musical performances will feature various genres showcasing both local bands and singer/songwriters who offer original music for attendees.
