CHICAGO — Buona is celebrating National Italian Beef Day by offering free and discounted sandwiches.

In a press release, the company revealed they're rolling out deals to honor the celebration. On May 27th, all 27 Buona locations will be filled with hungry customers eager to get their hands on free beef.

Customers can enjoy a free regular Italian Beef Sandwich or Italian Beefless Sandwich with up to one topping through the Buona app. The offer is available to both existing and new app users, and customers must download the Buona app and sign up to take advantage of the promotion.

In addition, the restaurant chain is offering free delivery on orders placed through the app from May 22-29. The "foodie" holiday was founded by Buona in 2015, and it "serves as a testament to Buona's dedication to honoring the timeless tradition of the Italian beef sandwich."

According to Andrew Regalado, Marketing Director at Buona, the company wants to introduce Buona's flavorful food to the next generation of Italian Beef lovers.
