Watervliet names new city court judge
Jasmine Norman has been appointed as the new judge for Watervliet City Court. Mayor Charles Patricelli selected Norman to replace Peter Torncello, who is retiring. Norman has a bachelor’s degree in economics and a minor in government from Smith College and a law degree from SUNY Buffalo Law School.
