Chillicothe Police Apprehend Wanted Individual After Brief Pursuit
On August 9, 2024, at approximately 7:28 pm, Chillicothe Police Officer Shelby Lott was on patrol when she spotted Shane Seyfang, a male with an active warrant, walking southbound on Ewing Street. Upon confirming the warrant, Seyfang attempted to flee, leading to a brief pursuit that ended near Ewing Street and E 4th Street.
Woman suspected of killing father in Newark
At 1:49 PM Deputies were dispatched to 200 block of Parana Dr Newark on a stabbing. Upon arrival they found Nick Neagos, age 75, on the front porch of the residence suffering from multiple stab wounds. At the same time, his daughter April Neagos, age 47 of Newark, was found walking on Parana Dr with obvious stab wounds.
