On August 11, 2024, officers responded to a call at Sack N Save regarding a suspicious vehicle parked on the property. The vehicle’s occupants, Thomas and a female, were found sleeping inside. Chillicothe Police Apprehend Wanted Individual After Brief Pursuit
On August 9, 2024, at approximately 7:28 pm, Chillicothe Police Officer Shelby Lott was on patrol when she spotted Shane Seyfang, a male with an active warrant, walking southbound on Ewing Street. Upon confirming the warrant, Seyfang attempted to flee, leading to a brief pursuit that ended near Ewing Street and E 4th Street.

Upon arrival they found Nick Neagos, age 75, on the front porch of the residence suffering from multiple stab wounds.
