He needs to be fired. That’s dangerous over a lunch being stolen. Yes I understand you get mad. It happened at our workplace a lot but nobody put laxatives or anything that would harm somebody because I hope she wins in the lawsuit and I hope this company fires him

He shouldn’t have to apologize, and if they fire him he should be able to take legal action, because a crime was committed on him. I could never eat someone else food not knowing how cleanly they are would deter me alone. The girl was wrong and the company needs to address that part. She’s not innocent just because she got sick. If she’s allergic to stuff that’s just another reason why she shouldn’t have been eating people’s food.
