The Menendez brother's parents never got a trial to prove they did anything wrong. They were executed by their own children . Those boys are the epitome of evil who wanted to continue to mooch off their parents instead of getting their own. Gypsy Rose Blanchard's mother also did not receive a trial for her crimes. Let's not make it normal to kill a family member before they receive a trial. Any person could claim they killed someone in retaliation and get away with it because the dead can't speak.
