Police Search for Red Civic Involved in Deadly Hit-and-Run Crash in Coconut Creek
Coconut Creek Police are asking for the public’s help in tracking down a car involved in a deadly hit-and-run crash. The molten lava red Honda Civic SI, with a model year sometime between 2018 and 2021, struck and killed a pedestrian on June 26 around 4:40 p.m. in the 400 block of South Lyons Road, near Fern Forest Nature Center, according to Coconut Creek Police spokesman Scotty Leamon.
