PITTSBURGH (KDKA) — A "career drug dealer" from Western Pennsylvania whose fentanyl supply led to the death of a 5-year-old girl was sentenced to prison time in connection with the incident, the Pennsylvania Attorney General's Office said. Flash flood warning issued for part of Pennsylvania until Wednesday night
On Wednesday at 7:18 p.m. the National Weather Service issued a flash flood warning in effect until 11:30 p.m. for Carbon, Lehigh, Monroe and Northampton counties. "At 7:18 p.m., Doppler radar indicated thunderstorms producing heavy rain across the warned area. Between 1 and 3 inches of rain have fallen. The expected rainfall rate is 1 to 2 inches in 1 hour. Flash flooding is ongoing or expected to begin shortly," says the weather service. "Flooding of small creeks and streams, urban areas, highways, streets, and underpasses as well as other drainage and low-lying areas."
