Several Moore County firefighters were called to assist on a structure fire in Richmond County on Sunday afternoon. Aberdeen home destroyed by fire
A house was gutted by fire on Sunday afternoon in an Aberdeen neighborhood. Fire crews were dispatched to Camberly Lane around 1 p.m. The first responding units reported over the radio they could see heavy black smoke before arriving to the scene, and once they arrived, flames visible from the back side of the house. Fire engines from several station within Moore County were dispatched to help put out the blaze.
