Phillipsburg, Pa. — A woman admitted to stealing from a man when she called him to ransom back his jewelry. Taylor Chantel Slogosky, 33, Philipsburg stole jewelry, a crossbow, two shotguns, two rifles, five pistols, and medication from the home in the 700 block of Pauline Street, Trooper Brandon Murarik of PSP Rockview said.
