Puppies abandoned at Odessa park found by Good Samaritan
ODESSA, Texas — Ten unweaned Chihuahua mix puppies were found abandoned at Casa Bella Park on Tuesday afternoon, according to Odessa Animal Control. The puppies, estimated to be about 20 days old and without teeth, include six males and four females.
