Unexpected Name Was Backstage During AEW’s Latest Television Tapings
AEW has developed a reputation for being very friendly regarding talents making backstage visits, and while some who visit are obviously looking for a job, many just want to see friends. And now seemingly falling into the latter category, PWInsider.com has reported that former WCW World Champion and co-star of the Scream horror movie franchise David Arquette was in attendance during AEW’s latest taping in Nashville. Arquette is still a very controversial figure in the world of pro wrestling, with his 12-day reign as WCW World Champion considered by some to be the low point in the promotion’s history. However, it should be noted that he wasn’t in favor of this, with Tony Schiavone actually being the one who suggested the idea to Vince Russo, who believed it would see the company garner some much-needed publicity. And while it did achieve this, it effectively destroyed the belt’s credibility in the eyes of wrestling fans.

He celebrated by hugging his father, PGA Tour player Scott Gutschewski, and his mom, Amy, on the 15th green at Oakland Hills. “It’s really hard to stay in the moment, walking up fairways thinking about playing in the U.S. Open next year,” Gutschewski said. Scott Gutschewski missed the cut Friday at the 3M Open, where he planned to leave to watch his son play regardless of his positioning in the PGA Tour event.

The 'build-to-rent' concept is giving those looking for a home more flexibility
HUNTSVILLE, Ala. — Being a first-time homebuyer in today’s market can be tough. "The build-to-rent concept really was born out of a lot of the challenges that first time homebuyers face and today's environment," Ron Dinwiddie, Executive Vice President of Marketing and Management Services at Landmark Properties shares. "Typically, high prices of houses across the country, and then also this high interest rate environment that we're in and what we've seen over the last few years is that because of those challenges that are present, an increasing number of folks want to be able to live in a neighborhood environment, something that feels like the neighborhood they would have purchased in, but they want the flexibility of renting."
