Vegan Block Party In Richmond To Celebrate The 'Soul In Plant-Based Eating'
Scheduled to return on September 7, Richmond’s Soul Vegan Block Party will warmly welcome all types of foodies for a celebration of plant-based dining. The free vegan food fest aims to challenge the stigma “that there’s no SOUL in plant-based eating.” Its website states that its goal is to make living “a healthy and ethically conscious plant-based lifestyle” more widespread. The block party will have tons of vegan delights to try, live music, cooking demonstrations, and guest speakers.

Averett University (AU) employees are experiencing a temporary reduction in pay this summer as a result of financial mismanagement, according to campus officials.
