City of Jacksonville sues Arlington apartment complex, says it violated Fair Housing Act
JACKSONVILLE, Fla. – The city of Jacksonville has filed a federal Americans with Disabilities Act lawsuit against the owners and managers of an Arlington apartment complex. According to the lawsuit, Leslie Banks, who uses a scooter and a walker as a result of a disability, checked out an apartment at the Miramar apartment complex on University Boulevard North in November 2022.
