Council approves local housing development’s shift to townhomes
Plans for a pair of proposed apartment buildings may be changing. Andy Anderson, a representative of Briar Grove Apartments and Echo Development, presented a request Monday night to the Decorah City Council, regarding the construction of four apartment buildings in the Decorah business park, located near Toppling Goliath on Sweet Parkway Drive. La Crescent, MN (KROC-AM News) - It appears a medical condition may have contributed to a spectacular car crash in southeastern Minnesota Thursday morning. A spokesperson for the La Crescent Police Department says a car went off a road and down a steep hill before crashing into the roof of the home. The incident was reported around 10:30 AM in a residential neighborhood on the southern edge of the Houston County community along the Mississippi River.
