MASON TOWNSHIP — Two Edwardsburg residents were injured in a two-vehicle crash Monday afternoon in Mason Township.

Cass County Sheriff Richard J. Behnke reports that at approximately 1:37 p.m. Monday, his deputies responded to a two vehicle crash at the intersection of Old 205 and Kristy Lane in Mason Township.

Investigation showed Caitlyn Gose, 24, of Edwardsburg, was stopped on Old 205 attempting to turn left onto Kristy Lane. Jakub Jaskiewicz, 23, of Niles, was traveling east on Old 205 and failed to stop  striking the vehicle belonging to Gose, and forcing it off the road.
