In addition to monetary awards averaging $40,000 each year, the FGI Scholarship Competition awarded summer internships with local designers, as well as awarding industrial sewing machines and a study abroad opportunity with the Paris American Academy in Paris.”

FGI Dallas is thrilled to present this year’s theme, Fashion Forward: Motivating Minds in Design, with a first in-person event since the pandemic began in 2020. In addition to awarding scholarship winners, FGI will provide additional learning opportunities for attendees through interactive programming with local fashion professionals.
