The WGEL Hayride was on the road Sunday night, as the Milk House in Greenville celebrated National Ice Cream Day. The event was a huge success, with a line for ice cream even before the Hayride started at 7 o’clock. WGEL ran out of the 200 can coozies it was giving away to those in attendance.
Heritage Days Coming To AFHM
The American Farm Heritage Museum’s annual Heritage Days event is coming up this weekend, Friday through Sunday, at the museum near Greenville. Missouri Botanical Garden offering free tours for disability community
ST. LOUIS, Mo. (First Alert 4) - The Missouri Botanical Garden will offer free access tours and classes designed for the disability community. Throughout the summer and fall, they will be offering tours with both American Sign Language and audio description interpretation. The Garden has been teaming up with the Alzheimer’s Association Greater Missouri Chapter to provide specialized tours to those with memory loss and their families.

St. Louis County police looking for woman missing since Monday morning
ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. — The St. Louis County Police Department issued an endangered person advisory Monday for a woman who walked away from home and has not been seen since. The endangered person advisory said 27-year-old Monai Paster left her home on Ebert Drive at about 6:20 a.m. and did not return. The advisory said she has a "diminished mental capacity."

Nation's Restaurant News reported today that EYM Pizza L.P. has filed for chapter 11 bankruptcy protection in the eastern district of Texas Monday. They said this pizza company "operates units in the South and Midwest". According to their corporate site, that includes Pizza Hut locations in Illinois.
