LAKE PLACID, N.Y. — The 25th edition of a summer tradition in Lake Placid brought several people to cheer on some of the best athletes in the world. The Lake Placid IronMAN featured fans flooded across Main Street cheering on triathletes as they traversed through the 140.6 course of swimming, biking and running. They motivated 2024 IronMAN Lake Placid champion Trevor Foley to pass the original course record set in the Olympic Village last year by Joe Skipper.
