    Planning to go to the fair today, July 25? here's what you might see

    The Lebanon Area Fair is being held from now until July 27, and throughout the week thousands of visitors will come to the fair for good food, fun games and live entertainment.

    From 8 a.m. until 3 p.m., admission to the fair is free. Children under 10 years old get in for free all day, every day. After 3 p.m., admission is $5 per person 10 and older.

    Thursday, July 25 is military appreciation day. All military personnel will be admitted to the fair for free with a form a military ID.

    Here's what you could see if you're planning to visit the Lebanon Area Fair today:

    Youth dairy judging contest: 10 a.m.

    Chicken Barbeque Dinner: 2 – 7 p.m. at the north hall

    Mullet Contest: 5 p.m. at the dairy beef barn/show arena

    4-H benefit auction: 6 p.m. at the north hall

    Performance by Pa. National Guard's new demonstration team: 6 p.m. at the track

    Pie eating contest and bologna toss: 6:30 p.m. at the track

    Farmer’s night: 7 p.m. at the track

    Live entertainment:

    Matt Miskie: 4 p.m. at the pavilion

    Country line dancing with DJ Chicken Nugget: 7 p.m. at the pavilion

    Jess Zimmerman Band: 7 p.m. at the main stage
