TWO PEOPLE ARRESTED FOR ILLEGAL DUMPING
Two people were arrested on illegal dumping charges by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office. According to Sheriff Otto Hanak, on Wednesday, 35-year-old Brenham resident Anthony James Rogers was arrested by the Brenham Police Department during a traffic stop for Possession of Marijuana and placed into the Washington County Jail. At that time Rogers was wanted by the Washington County Sheriff’s Office for Illegal Dumping. Rogers posted $1,500 in bonds on both charges and was released the following day.

Man arrested, charged with burglary after armed home invasion in Manor
AUSTIN, Texas — One man has been arrested and police are searching for another suspect after perpetrating an armed home invasion in Manor in early July. According to the Austin Police Department (APD), Austin 9-1-1 operators received a call reporting two people with their faces covered armed outside a home in the 11200 block of Charger Way in Manor at around 11:30 p.m. on July 5. Police say the callers were notified of the two suspects after they were picked up by a Ring doorbell camera.
