LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WTVM) - A former custodian at Sanford Middle School in Beauregard is accused of making sexual comments and showing sexual photos to students. Deputies said Joseph Louis Walker, 32, was arrested Friday at his residence in the 7000 block of Hurst Street in Opelika. He was taken to the Lee County Jail, where he has since made a $600 bond, authorities added.

LEE COUNTY, Ala. (WTVM) - The Lee County Sheriff’s Office is seeking the whereabouts of a Smiths Station man wanted for multiple child sex crimes. According to officials, Anthony Jay Jones, 26, is wanted on grand jury indictments for three counts of sexual abuse of a child less than 12 years of age and two counts of first-degree sodomy.
