2 arrested in connection to fireworks set off in Ledo Rd. Walmart
LEE COUNTY, Ga. (WALB) - Two suspects have been arrested following fireworks being set off in the Walmart Supercenter on Ledo Road Thursday night. The Lee County Sheriff’s Office told WALB they have arrested a 20 and 25-year-old after one to two small fireworks were used inside the store around 7 p.m. They are both now charged with disorderly conduct.
Pregnant woman, unborn baby killed in Columbus stabbing; husband arrested
COLUMBUS, Ga. (WTVM) - Authorities have arrested a man in connection with a tragic stabbing incident that claimed the lives of his pregnant wife and her unborn baby. Police say 20-year-old Kyle Dean, husband of the woman, was arrested at a residence in Lee County. He was taken to the Lee County Jail, where he awaits extradition to Columbus.
