PRESQUE ISLE, Maine (WAGM) - While finishing any race is an accomplishment, for one gentleman finishing the annual Miracle Mile race was quite literally a miracle. Meet Sam Hiscoe, a 35-year-old who was born and raised in Houlton. In seventh grade Sam found out he had a heart condition that would progressively get worse over time.
