VERNON PARISH, La. ( KLFY ) — A pastor was arrested in Florida on a felony theft warrant and is awaiting extradition to Vernon Parish, Louisiana State Police announced Saturday .

Dock Jack Osteen III is charged with theft of under $25,000, state police said.
