    2024-08-17

According to the latest report from the California Employment Development Department (EDD), many people across California are losing their jobs as companies shut down or reduce their workforce.

For instance, Pitney Bowes Inc. is closing two of its locations, which will result in 348 people losing their jobs in San Bernardino and San Joaquin counties starting in October 2024.

The tech industry is also facing big layoffs. Fastly, Inc., a company in San Francisco, is letting go of 52 employees, and Vir Biotechnology, Inc. plans to cut 141 jobs by the end of September 2024. Everything is going according to plan. While everyone was focused on the 10s of thousands of fast food workers that have lost there jobs the middle class have a similar problem. California again leads the country in job elimination and in the end destroying the middle class. This has been the plan from the beginning.
