THP: Driver charged after tractor-trailer rolls over on I-40 in Jefferson County
JEFFERSON COUNTY, Tenn. (WVLT) - The Tennessee Highway Patrol said a Michigan man was charged on Saturday after a tractor-trailer he was driving rolled over on I-40. According to a THP preliminary report, Viktor Kornyeyev, of Novi, Michigan, was driving a semi-truck on I-40 East when he tried to enter the rest area in Jefferson County just after 1 p.m.
