The Moving Wall now on display in Moorhead
MOORHEAD, MN — The Moving Wall is now on display in Moorhead. You can stop by and see it at the Moorhead American Legion. Viewing is free and will continue 24-hours a day until Monday, at 8 a.m. The names of more than 58,000 servicemen and women who died in the Vietnam war or are missing in action are etched into the shiny black granite walls.

The second and third seed Wahpeton and and West Fargo Aces will meet in the next round, while Kindred and Valley City also advanced.

Hoax call prompts large police presence in south Fargo neighborhood
FARGO (KFGO) – A fake call prompted a large police presence in south Fargo Friday evening. Fargo Police say an anonymous caller made what’s known as a ‘swatting’ call around 7 p.m. Officers responded to 1360 12th Ave. S. Neighbors told KFGO News that officers were in nearby yards and on the street with rifles aimed at the home in what they said looked like a standoff.

FIRST ALERT WEATHER DAY - SATURDAY: A few showers and storms may still be around in the early morning hours. Morning lows will once again be warm ranging from the upper 60s to low 70s. While afternoon highs won’t be as sizzlin’ as Friday, it will still be toasty in the southern Valley and parts of NW MN with highs in the upper 80s to low 90s. It will still be humid as well, so we are looking at a heat index in the 90s. Storms will likely develop once again in the afternoon into the evening. There is a chance for storms to be severe with wind gusts to 60 mph and hail up to an inch in diameter. An isolated tornado risk is once again possible as well. Remain weather aware!

It is another weekend of back to back to back chances for storms of which some could be on the strong to severe side. Like past weekends there will be a lot of dry hours and some locations won’t see showers or storms. Most chances will come through the evenings and overnight with an exception for Sunday which may start earlier in the afternoon and move into Sunday night.
