Bismarck man charged with negligent homicide for December car crash
BISMARCK, N.D. (KFYR) - Burleigh County prosecutors have charged a Bismarck man with negligent homicide after they said he killed a Mandan man in a December car crash. Police said evidence shows the vehicle driven by Keith Manchester crossed the center line and collided head-on with Leo Grosz’s. Both were taken to the hospital with serious injuries, and Grosz later died.
Mandan man sentenced to 16 years in federal prison
MANDAN, N.D. (KFYR) - A federal judge has re-sentenced a Mandan man to more than 16 years in prison. Judge Daniel Traynor originally sentenced Kyle Johnson in May for charges stemming from an April 2023 officer-involved shooting and drug trafficking. Days later, the sentence was vacated due to unknown conflicts.
