Trollwood cancels two shows due to high winds
FARGO, ND — The Trollwood Performing Arts School cancelled theater performances Thursday and Friday night because of weather forecasts calling for high winds in the area. A message posted to the group’s Facebook page says “high winds forecasted by the National Weather Service pose a significant threat to our students and staff.” Ticket holders for both the Thursday and Friday performances of The Addams Family will be allowed to rebook a seat for the one remaining performance on Saturday, July 27th. We’re told ticket holders for the Thursday or Friday performance will receive an email with instructions on how to rebook their tickets.

Minnesota Looking to Increase Numbers of This Animal
The Minnesota DNR in collaboration with the Fond du Lac Band of Lake Superior Chippewa plan to move elk from the northwestern part of the state to the northeastern part of the state near Cloquet and north. Glen Schmitt from Outdoor News joined me on WJON. He says the plan is to transfer 15 to 20 elk from the northwestern part of the state to the northeastern part with the hopes of growing the herd.
