BENTON, Ark. – A hospital in Benton is opening a resource to provide milk for sick and vulnerable infants throughout Arkansas. Officials with the Saline Memorial Hospital said in a Friday release it was opening a milk bank in support of the University of Arkansas for Medical Sciences Milk Bank program.

A Lockesburg woman has died from injuries sustained Tuesday, July 16, 2024 in a motor vehicle accident in Lockesburg (Sevier County). According to a preliminary Arkansas State Police report, Ada Coleman, 84, was driving a 2022 model GMC Canyon west on Arkansas 234. Her vehicle left the left side of the roadway and struck a culvert.
