State Police Issue Gold Alert for Missing Lewes Woman

Delaware State Police Troop 7 has issued a Gold Alert for 60-year-old Laura Wheeler of Lewes, Delaware. She was last seen leaving her residence around 1:00 p.m. on July 18, 2024. Attempts to contact or locate her have been unsuccessful, and there is a concern for her safety and well-being.

She is described as a white female, approximately 5’7” tall, weighing about 200 pounds, with brown eyes and auburn-colored hair. She was last seen wearing a tie-dye tank top, dark green shorts, and white sandals. She may be driving a white 2018 Buick Enclave with Florida registration VG2UI.
