According to police, the unknown suspect used a victim’s information to open credit card accounts at two businesses. They’re accused of using the card to make fraudulent purchases at both businesses.
Police arrest Hopkinsville man for strangulation
Hopkinsville Police arrested Jeffery White of Hopkinsville on Monday for allegedly choking a victim during a verbal altercation. According to a report from police, officers were dispatched to the Manhattan Motel for a disturbance. Man accused of murdering his ex in South Nashville dies in prison
NASHVILLE, Tenn. (WZTV) — The man accused of murdering his ex in 2021 has died behind bars, the Tennessee Department of Correction (TDOC) confirms. James Leggett was serving time for the death of 24-year-old Michaela Carter. He died on July 4 at Riverbend Maximum Security Institution. TDOC tells FOX 17 News his cause of death is pending determination by the medical examiner.
