    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • May 6 — Aggravated assault — 4400 block of Clinard Road, Clemmons. Dementia patient assaulted staff member.

    • May 6 — FCSO police service, fraud — 7300 block of Ridgecrest Trail, Lewisville. Reporting party converted money to Bitcoin after fraudulent email.

    • May 7 — Tampering with vehicle — 6200 block of Hackers Bend Circle, Clemmons. Female was found sleeping in vehicle.

    • May 7 — Shoplifting — 2400 block of Market Center Drive, Clemmons. Person reported beauty products stolen.

    • May 7 — Driving while impaired, FCSO violation of auto law-equipment violation — 7300 block of Thoroughbred Lane, Clemmons. Subject arrested for suspicion of DWI.

    • May 7 — Driving while impaired — 3900 block of Harper Road/Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired.

    • May 7 — Larceny from building — 200 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Lewisville. Suspect took car title from residence.

    • May 8 — Lost/stolen license plate — 2600 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Victim had tag stolen during work.

    • May 8 — FCSO police service, fraud — 500 block of Drumheller Road, Clemmons. Subject used social security number.

    • May 8 — FCSO police service, information provided — 1100 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Flag football with juveniles.

    • May 8 — Dog bites and attacks — 7800 block of Lasater Road, Clemmons. Dog bite.

    • May 8 — FCSO police service, information provided — 5700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Subject making indirect threats to the victim.

    • May 9 — FCSO domestic disturbance — 6200 block of Towncenter Drive, Clemmons. Individuals were arguing in the parking lot.

    • May 9 — Found property — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Concerned citizen returned backpack that was found by the lake.

    • May 9 — FCSO police service, information provided — 300 block of Slater Road, Lewisville. Report provided information.

    • May 9 — Dog bites and attacks — 100 block of Lowes Foods Drive, Lewisville. Animal bite.

    • May 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Members of service assisted with a personal event.

    • May 10 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Aggressive animal call.

    • May 11 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 2200 block of Catherines Way, Clemmons. Two friends assaulted each other.

    • May 11 — Drug violations — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Marijuana located during investigation.

    • May 11 — Police service, assist agency — 7000 block of Idols Road, Clemmons. Subject needed to be transported to hospital for evaluation.

    • May 11 — Police service, assist agency — 800 block of S. Peace Haven Road, Clemmons. Assisted NCSHP with crash resulting in DWI arrest.

    • May 11 — Breaking and entering with force, vandalism — 8000 block of Glengarriff Road, Clemmons. Home broken into while owners were away on vacation.

    • May 12 — Violation city/county ordinance-animal related — 5700 block of Misty Hill Circle, Clemmons. Four dogs attacked another dog.

    • May 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 3600 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Manager wished to have female banned.

    • May 12 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of King Charles Drive, Clemmons. Subject wanted to report brush that was dumped on side of road.

    • May 12 — Police service, welfare check — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Person reportedly passed out in a vehicle.

    • May 12 — Overdose — 5700 block of Kinney Road, Lewisville. Mother called 911 reporting daughter had overdosed.
