    Below is a list of crime investigations and activities reported by the Forsyth County Sheriff’s Office in Clemmons and Lewisville last week.

    • May 20 — Police service, welfare check — 6400 block of Sessions Court, Clemmons. Subject was laying in the parking lot.

    • May 20 — Obtaining money by false pretense — 2300 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject attempted to cash fraudulent check.

    • May 20 — Police service, non-criminal call for service — 1400 block of Double Creek Drive, Lewisville. Wildlife.

    • May 20 — Simple assault, non-aggravated assault — 7700 block of Shallowford Road, Lewisville. Female stated male she invited into her house assaulted her.

    • May 21 — FCSO locate, wanted person — 6800 block of Leons Way, Lewisville. By suspect being wanted for obtaining property by false pretense and entered.

    • May 22 — Driving while impaired — 2400 block of Lewisville-Clemmons Road/Ramada Drive, Clemmons. Suspect operated motor vehicle while under impairing substance.

    • May 23 — FCSO police service, information provided — 8300 block of Holler Farm Road, Clemmons. Subject cleaning out basement discovered a “dummy grenade.”

    • May 23 — Overdose — 4100 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject passed out in vehicle after consuming drugs.

    • May 23 — Dog bites and attacks — 200 block of Lakeway Drive, Lewisville. Cat bite.

    • May 24 — FCSO harassment, non-criminal — 6000 block of Lake Dale Way, Clemmons. Subject was indirectly harassed by another subject.

    • May 25 — Driving while impaired — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Lewisville-Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Subject was driving while impaired on alcohol.

    • May 26 — Driving while impaired, violation city/county ordinance-traffic related, no operators license-violation of auto law — 100 block of northbound U.S. Hwy. 421/Hauser Road, Lewisville. Offender drove while impaired.

    • May 27 — FCSO disturbance/non-criminal — 4000 block of Clemmons Road, Clemmons. Altercation between man and woman.
