MACON, Georgia – (41NBC/WMGT) – The Macon Bacon lost to the Lexington County Blowfish 3-1 at home on Tuesday night. They beat the Blowfish on Friday night at home and lost to them on the road Saturday night in a close one 11-10. After coming off a win on the road to the Asheboro Zookeepers Sunday night, the Bacon were looking to continue the sizzle. After three scoreless innings, the Blowfish scored the first run of the game in the Top Fourth. However, in the Bottom Sixth, Bacon’s Ben Tryon gets a base hit RBI to bring home Sherman Johnson and tie the game up at one. Unfortunately, after a long defensive battle, Macon gave up two runs in the Top Eighth and that would end the game.
